Top Five Doral Isles Listings Under $500,000

Doral is an excellent alternative to Miami for those who want to afford more house than they could in other parts of South Florida.  Within the city, there are excellent neighborhoods some of which are still under construction while others are established and attract many who are interested in moving to Doral – one of which is Doral Isles. Doral Isles is ideally located close to some of Doral’s top schools as well as major roadways and top golf courses. 

Doral Isles is a spectacular neighborhood in the heart of Doral that is made up of 13 smaller communities named after tropical Caribbean destinations.  The entire community is well sought-after by many buyers as the smaller “isles” consist of a combination of townhouses and single-family homes.  One drive through the tree-lined streets of Doral Isles showcases the resort-style environment and top of the line amenities that for the most part surround the Island Club.  Here residents and their guests enjoy the use of a large state-of-the-art fitness center as well as a coffee bar and club house.  On the outside, there are two large swimming pools with lush, tropical landscaping and an amazing playground as well as basketball courts and soccer fields.

With all that Doral Isles has to offer, many assume that it is an expensive community that most cannot afford.  But, truth be told, Doral Isles has something to offer for most every Doral home buyer with list prices that start in the low to mid-$200s and climb into the millions.  Following are the top five Doral Isles listings under $500K:

Doral Isles St. Lucia
St. Lucia is a gated community of three and four-bedroom townhouses with two and three baths and one to two-car garages.  On the larger size, the size of the residences in St. Lucia ranges between about 2,100 square feet and 2,300 square feet making it great for families as well as retired couples and most any other buyer.  As part of living in this community, residents have full access to the unbelievable amenities at Doral Isles including the clubhouse and pools, playground and sports fields.

There are five properties for sale in Martinique with list prices from the upper-$300s to mid-$500s.   Over the past six months, three properties have sold with sale prices between the upper-$400s and mid-$500s and the average number of days on the market at 104 days.  For investors, rental rates for properties in Martinique usually range from just under $3,000 to about $4,000 per month.  Here are two of the top five Doral Isles listings under $500K are in Martinique:

Doral Isles North is a community in Doral Isles that is comprised of a combination of townhouses and single-family homes.  Properties in Doral Isles North range from about 1,650 square feet to over 3,300 square feet in size with list prices between the mid-$300s and mid-$600s.  As for recent sales, there have been about 20 sales over the last six months with sale prices from the mid-$300s to mid-$500s.  Rentals in Doral Isles North typically have rental rates between about $2,000 and $3,500 per month.  Like the other communities, Doral Isles North residents enjoy full access to all of the amazing amenities that come with living in this highly-sought after neighborhood. 

7671 NW 113th Court, Doral Isles North, List Price:  $479,000
